Protein Packed Salad

This salad is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients! The tofu and chickpeas give it that extra boost of plant-powered protein to help you stay full and satisfied.

Ingredients:
- Lettuce of choice (romaine, kale, spinach, mixed greens, etc.)

- Cucumber
- Sweet Peppers
- Tofu (Heated up in a pan with Tamari, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings)
- Chickpeas
