Tahini Miso Garlic Turmeric Sauce

A quick and easy oil-free AND sugar-free WFPB sauce! A punch of flavor for a variety of recipes.



Ingredients

3/4 cup unsalted oil free tahini

1/4 cup white miso

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1/2 tsp of turmeric powder

1/2 of a lemon squeezed

3/4 cup of water


How to:

Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and blend it up! I use a nutribullet but any blender should work perfectly fine. Pro tip: use a spatula to wipe the ingredients from sticking on the sides of your blender.


What should I do with this sauce?

This sauce is a staple in my house. I usually keep a batch in the fridge ready to go at all times. Here are some ideas on how to use this sauce:


Use this sauce to add flavor to a Veggie Wrap

Roast a bunch of veggies and use this sauce as a dipping sauce

Roast a bunch of veggies, throw them on top of quinoa with this sauce

Use this sauce to add flavor to a bowl of plain old Rice and Beans

Use this sauce as Salad Dressing

Use this as a topping for a Tofu Buddha Bowl

This sauce makes a great dipping sauce for roasted potatoes
